The Client

Carlyle Veterinary Clinic pride themselves on the calibre of their people. A dedicated team who will always care for your pets as if they were their very own. The clinic started in 1986, and what begun as a small business, has evolved over the years to include the latest technology, turning it into one of Napier’s leading veterinary facilities.

The Brief

Carlyle Veterinary Clinic brand hadn’t changed since its inception and it was in dire need of a
 refresh. The talented team at GASP were called upon to create a modern and approachable
brand identity with timeless aspects to help them engage new clients while staying true to
 their core values.

The Solution

We redesigned their brand to reflect the high quality veterinary services supplied, while  keeping it friendly and approachable. An overall refresh was executed across a wide range of marketing materials. This included the overall corporate identity redesign, a new logo design, new building signage and vehicle signage, print materials, stationery design, business cards and appointment cards, brochure, advertising and pet health passports.

 

We had been providing veterinary services in Hawke’s Bay for over 30 years and while we had been through a similar process twice in the past we felt that we needed to ‘move with the times’and modernise this side of our marketing.

As a small, locally owned business it was important for us to engage a design company that could quickly understand our ethos. Engaging one of the larger marketing type companies didn’t feel right to us and we were not in a position to spend many $1,000’s on this project.

Much to our delight, GASP came up with three possible concepts each identifying in its own way, what we were about. In consultation with staff the business quickly embraced one of the designs. GASP’s innovation in creating something vastly different from what we had had in the past, while capturing the essence of our business in a logo that is timeless, was exciting. GASP designed complementary stationery and were also able to assist with printing. We are very grateful to GASP for their professionalism and continued support.
